All Singaporean nationals require a visa to travel to India, as do most
other nationalities. This High Commission requires one working day to
process your visa application if you are a Singaporean national or a bonafide
resident of Singapore. However, if you are not a Singaporean national
or a long-term resident of Singapore, a maximum period of three working
days is required to process the case.
Important
Visa fees vary according to duration/purpose and nationality/place of
residence; there are also extra charges for express services (i.e. same
day service) and emergency services (on holidays and after working hours).

Gratis (free of charge) Visa are issued to those holding Diplomatic
or Official passports and to persons of the following nationalities: Afghanistan,
Argentina, Bangladesh, Hungary, Jamaica, Maldives, Mauritius, Mongolia,
Poland, Republic of Slovakia, South Africa and Uruguay
Nationals of Nepal and Bhutan do not need a visa to enter India
